Kindergarten Teacher

Job Description We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of young children.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early learning standardsFoster a positive and inclusive classroom environmentSupport children's development in literacy, math, social skills, and motor skillsObserve, assess, and document student progressMaintain open and professional communication with parents and guardiansEnsure classroom safety, cleanliness, and organizationEncourage creativity through play-based and hands-on learning activitiesCollaborate with staff and participate in school events and meetingsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldTeaching CertificateExperience working with young children (ages 4–6 preferred)Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practicesStrong communication and classroom management skillsCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Preferred SkillsPatience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with childrenAbility to create engaging and structured daily routinesStrong teamwork and problem-solving skills
