About the Role We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated Entry-Level Account Executives to help grow the Movement community by engaging local businesses and college campuses. This is a 100% commission-based (1099) opportunity designed for entrepreneurial-minded individuals who want to build real-world sales experience in a high-growth startup environment. You’ll introduce merchants to the Movement platform, activate new partners, and help them understand how Movement drives engagement, exposure, and sales. What You’ll Do Identify and engage small businesses, student organizations, and campus merchants. Present and explain the benefits of joining the Movement app. Facilitate merchant sign-ups and ensure smooth onboarding. Develop relationships with campus influencers, local entrepreneurs, and student communities. Report progress and share feedback with the Movement team to improve marketing and engagement strategies. Represent the Movement brand with energy and professionalism in the field or online. Compensation 10% commission on productivity (sales and merchant revenue generated). $10 per merchant activation bonus for each successfully onboarded business.
