Branch Recruitment Specialist Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a talent acquisition specialist. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and recommending candidates for corporate and retails positions.Job SummaryShifts Available: 8am to 5pm Pay range: $35-$39 Operate within recruiting plan to attract talent needed based on business needs Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates Screen candidate resumes to ensure required skillset for open positions Conduct in-depth interviews and make recommendations for hiring managers Develop and manager relations with community organizations and agencies Maintain all required recruiting activity and report information in ATS Create job offer and present to candidate Ensure candidates pass all background checks QualificationsOutstanding sales and persuasiveness skills Must have proven ability to recruit candidates using various methods of sourcing High school diploma Strong relations High volume recruiting experience 3-5 years of experience Corporate recruiting experience and recruitment experience within a financial institution BenefitsCompetitive salary Health insurance Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
