DescriptionThe Gillett School District is seeking a qualified, caring, collaborative, and child-centered 4K Teacher to join our early learning team. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about play-based learning, social-emotional development, and partnering with families to set a strong foundation for lifelong learning.Responsibilities Include:Provide developmentally appropriate instruction aligned to early learning standardsCreate a warm, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that nurtures curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growthUtilize engaging, play-based, and hands-on learning experiencesCollaborate with early childhood team members, support staff, and community partnersBuild strong relationships with students, families, and colleaguesAssess student learning and use data to plan for instruction and interventionParticipate in ongoing professional learningGillett Elementary is a rural PK-5 school with 250 students. We offer full-day four year-old kindergarten and full-day three year-old kindergarten.
