Our team members have a shared passion for being a part of the Casa legacy and are eager to work together to define this exciting new chapter in our history.What You'll Do:The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial performance of food and beverage, entertainment, merchandise, procurement, and labor operations through data analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role leads the development of financial dashboards, scenario models, and performance insights that guide strategic decision-making across departments. As a partner to culinary, operations, and creative teams, the analyst plays a key role in driving clarity, cost control, and scalable growth.Responsibilities:Follow established steps of service for financial reporting and data analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all departments while aligning with Casa Bonita’s strategic goals, operational standards, and cross-functional reporting needsAble to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaborating effectively with team membersDemonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company policies and safety regulationsFinancial Strategy & Forecasting: Support and maintain Casa Bonita’s recurring financial reporting and forecasting strategy across revenue, COGS, labor, and operating expensesPerformance Reporting: Collaborate and maintain recurring financial reports performance dashboards, KPI scorecards, and labor cost analysis to deliver clear visibility into business performance with procurementBudgeting & Scenario Planning: Collaborate with the Finance team to support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles; develop scenario models and business cases to guide pricing structure, expansion strategies, and department-level decision makingSales & Operational Analysis: Analyze guest behavior, sales trends, and operational efficiency metrics (e.g. RevPASH, labor productivity, and tip pool allocation) to uncover revenue opportunities and cost savingsCommercial Strategy Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of pricing structures and commercial strategies across dayparts, experiences (Standard vs Premium), and guest segments (Adult vs Kid), identifying areas for optimizationCross-Department Collaboration: Support culinary, operations, entertainment, merchandising, and procurement teams to evaluate cost drivers, track performance, and align financial goals across departmentsInventory & Margin Support: Support Mercado and Entertainment teams with inventory tracking, product-level margin analysis, and promotional impact studiesSystems & Reporting Tools: Assist with building financial dashboards, tools, and reporting systems that improve real-time visibility and empower teams to make data-driven decisions for department leadersProject & Investment Analysis: Contribute to capital investment assessments, ROI modeling, and strategic project evaluations tied to growth, staffing, and guest experience improvementsAd hoc duties: Support and perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the VP of Finance based on business needsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or financial reporting, preferably in hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, or consumer-facing businessesAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsPrior experience with financial modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to format complex data into clear takeawaysIdentify potential issues and implement solutions proactivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAble to communicate effectively in English Must have reliable form of transportationPreferred:Prior experience supporting restaurants, entertainment venues, retail, or multi-revenue stream industriesPrior experience with start-up companiesPhysical & Environmental Demands:Able to lift and carry up to 50 poundsMust be able to walk at least 5,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and declinesAble to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shiftsAble to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skillsProlonged computer use with frequent typing and mouse activity, requiring hand-eye coordination and visual focus, with periodic breaks to reduce fatigueAble to use headsets, dual monitors, or other ergonomic office tools for comfort and efficiencyAble to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distanceAble to work in confined spacesComfortable working in loud, distracting environmentsAble to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venueBenefits:Casa Bonita offers a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.Deadline to Apply:06/08/26To apply for this role, please click on the “apply for this position” button below.
