Key Responsibilities: Communicate with prospective tenants both in person and over the phone Showcase properties to potential tenants, highlighting key features and benefits Provide outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved Qualifications: A valid real estate license Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for real estate and helping clients find their perfect rental property High level of motivation and dedication Duties: Initiate phone conversations to schedule prospective tenants for property tours Working with prospective tenants to locate their rental home Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information on available units Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications Participate in marketing initiatives to attract potential tenants and maximize occupancy rates Requirements: Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Louisiana Previous experience in customer relationship management or property leasing is required Knowledge of leasing and real estate laws Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele Ability to handle conflicts professionally and resolve them in a timely manner Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants and colleagues effectively Join Keaty Real Estate's culture of growth and success by applying today!
