Senior Software Engineer

We're working with a premier technology integrator providing full life cycle services and solutions in the technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise information technology markets. This organization is dedicated to redefining ingenuity through deep customer and domain knowledge to enable the delivery of systems engineering and integration offerings for large, complex projects within the U.S. federal government.The Role Perform software engineering design and development activities to produce reliable, modular, and secure software components. Develop software on a RHEL OS platform. Work with custom C++ based applications, X windows-based applications, and web-based middleware. Conduct application writing and policy for security accreditations. Travel up to 10% throughout the year.What You'll Need Nine (9) years or more experience with a Bachelor's degree, or seven (7) years with a Master's (additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree). Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance. Solid Linux (RHEL) familiarity. Strong background in front-end technologies: JavaScript, React, CSS3, HTML5, and third-party libraries (e.g., React.js, Angular, jQuery, LESS). Strong Web experience and industry experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production systems. Familiarity with DBMS technology (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL) and experience with Nginx or Apache servers.What's On Offer Opportunity to work on critical government projects.
