Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef at one of Catch Hospitality Group's premier locations in New York, NY. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary team, manage kitchen operations, develop and implement menus, ensure food quality and presentation standards, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory and budgets, training kitchen staff, and collaborating with management to ensure a world-class dining experience. Qualifications Expertise in menu development, food preparation, and cooking techniquesLeadership experience in managing and mentoring diverse culinary teamsProficiency in overseeing kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene standardsStrong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities in high-pressure settingsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost controlCulinary arts degree or equivalent professional experiencePrevious experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen management is highly recommended
