Job Description
As the Website Manager, you’ll own the performance and evolution of Tithely’s website ecosystem, ensuring every page is fast, accurate, and built to serve churches well. Partnering with other stakeholders across the organization, you’ll turn the website into a trusted growth engine for education, demand, and product adoption. You’ll help lead modernization and personalization efforts that improve mobile experience, site performance, and meaningful journeys across our product pages so more church leaders can Simply Serve.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role
Own the performance and day-to-day execution of Tithely’s website portfolio, ensuring pages are fast, reliable, and optimized for conversion
Deliver high-impact landing pages for campaigns, product launches, events, and experiments that drive demand and product adoption
Partner closely with others on Growth Marketing team to improve conversion rates, SEO, and on-page performance across key journeys
Lead ongoing experimentation through A/B testing of layouts, messaging, and user flows to continuously improve results
Ensure all website content is accurate, current, and aligned with product positioning, brand standards, and go-to-market priorities
Maintain strong site health by monitoring mobile experience, page speed, accessibility, broken links, and overall usability
Implement and quality-check analytics, tracking, and integrations across GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and CMS platforms to ensure clean, actionable data
Manage content workflows end to end, including approvals, publishing schedules, and documentation to support scale and consistency
Use ClickUp to plan, prioritize, and deliver website work, enabling clear timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration
Help lead website modernization efforts, including design refreshes, mobile-first improvements, and performance optimization initiatives
Qualifications

Required:
3+ years managing marketing or product websites for a SaaS or ecommerce company
3+ years experience building websites with Webflow
2+ years experience building websites with WordPress and Shopify
Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot or similar marketing tools
Experience supporting product launches, campaigns, and demand generation initiatives through web execution
Experience running or supporting A/B tests and on-site experimentation
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, page structure, and indexability
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, SEO fundamentals, and website analytics
Preferred:
Experience supporting website redesigns or major site refreshes in partnership with agencies
Experience optimizing mobile-first experiences and improving page performance at scale
Familiarity with personalization, segmentation, or experimentation strategies, even when tools are agency-led
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for content edits, troubleshooting, and QA
Ability to read code well enough to identify issues or misconfigurations
Familiarity with church, nonprofit, or fintech-adjacent SaaS products
Office Requirements:
We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year
A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet
US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time

Additional Information
The starting annual salary for this role is between $75,000-$95,000.
