Our team thrives on collaboration and meaningful impact.Role DescriptionThis part-time remote role is for a Licensed Psychotherapist (LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent). The therapist will provide individual and group therapy, conduct mental health assessments, and create and implement effective treatment plans. You'll maintain thorough documentation (with quick note turnaround) using our fully up-to-date EHR system. All work will adhere to HIPAA compliance, ensuring client privacy. You'll also collaborate with colleagues to offer comprehensive, community-centered care.QualificationsExpertise in psychology, counseling, and mental health practicesExperience with individuals, couples, or families in both support and relationship counselingKnowledge of mental health or holistic treatmentsActive licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent)Strong communication, empathy, and self-motivationAbility to work independently (remote or hybrid)Preferred: Experience or interest in teletherapy platformsAt Inner Mind, we pride ourselves on serving our community with passion.
