The HVAC Apprentice Installer will work alongside experienced foremen and field leaders to assist with the installation of HVAC systems and equipment on commercial and industrial projects. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, works safely, and takes pride in being part of a team.ScheduleMonday–Friday8-hour shiftsTypical start times between 6:00–7:00 AM and end times between 2:30–3:30 PMKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation of commercial HVAC equipment and systemsInstall ductwork, hangers, supports, insulation, and related materialsAssist with piping installation, equipment setting, and job site organizationSafely operate hand tools and power toolsRead tape measures, follow layout instructions, and assist with basic blueprint readingMaintain clean and organized job sitesFollow company safety procedures and participate in safety meetingsWork alongside foremen and experienced installers to develop trade knowledgeSupport project completion and other duties as assignedQualificationsInterest in commercial HVAC and construction tradesStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work in active construction environmentsDependable transportation and reliable attendanceValid driver's license preferredAbility to follow direction and work as part of a teamPrevious construction or mechanical experience is a plus, but not requiredWork EnvironmentWork is performed on active commercial and industrial job sitesExposure to outdoor weather conditions, heights, loud noise, dust, and moving mechanical equipmentFlexibility with hours may occasionally be required based on project demandsPhysical RequirementsStanding and walking for extended periodsLifting up to 50 lbs or moreFrequent bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reachingAbility to navigate ladders, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and construction sitesAbility to work in physically demanding environmentsWhy Join Us?We're committed to attracting talented individuals who seek a company with a strong foundation of success and an outstanding culture.
