You'll help us scale and fuel our expansion with top-tier talent (agents, operations team, and other roles) and handle training and compliance tracking for our agents. You must be confident and comfortable holding dual responsibilities and must understand the unique demands of the security industry.***Prior experience recruiting within the security sector is required***This position is ideal for a motivated, energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building relationships. Generate reports on training completion rates.· Monitor Compliance: Track certification expirations and oversee mandatory licensing and compliancerequirements.
