Must have skillsZTA OR OAuth OR SailPointSCIMIdentity FederationCyberArkPAM (Privileged Access)Common Architecture SkillsExecutes architecture practices and processes by properly creating and maintaining architecture domain documentation, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and suggesting enhancements.Experience in technology application development and/or infrastructure and operational implementation.Deep knowledge in a minimum of one technology domain (from an application, infrastructure, operations, scalability, availability, performance, people, process, and tooling perspective).Demonstrated experience in explaining complex technology decisions to both technical and nontechnical audiences at all levels in the organization.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary technical point of contact for onboarding new vendors.Guide vendors through USAA's architectural processes, standards, and governance requirements.Partner with Technical Architects to review vendor solution designs, integration patterns, and technical capabilities.Ensure vendor solutions align with enterprise architecture, security controls, and operational requirements.Facilitate cross-functional engagement among vendor teams, internal architects, product teams, and governance partners.Document design assessments, onboarding guidance, technical risks, and decisions.ExperienceOverall 12+ experience in IT software developement3+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, technical analysis, or solution design.Foundational understanding of architecture principles, including APIs, integration patterns, cloud basics, and security controls.Experience partnering with technical architects, third party vendors, system integrators, or managed service providers.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Ability to manage multiple onboarding efforts in a structured, process-driven environment.J-18808-Ljbffr
