Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details.Minimum Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program recognized by relevant professional bodies.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.Experience in home health or caseload-based outpatient/home health settings preferred.Experience with Netsmart and Cerner charting systems preferred. Cerner experience is noted for charting; Netsmart is used by the current unit.Ability to perform start-of-care (SOC) visits and manage orthopedic and geriatric caseloads, including patients with CHF and COPD.Comfort with patient travel: typical daily mileage around 40 miles; ability to drive and manage a geographically dispersed caseload.Orientation: approximately 12 hours of facility-specific orientation required.Ability to work a 40-hour week and meet an expected daily visit productivity (approximately 5 visits per day).Preferred: prior experience with orthopedic joint replacement patients and working in interdisciplinary teams.Assignment DetailsFacility type: Hospital-affiliated Home Health therapy program.Shift: Days.Schedule pattern: EOW (every other week) weekend coverage model with occasional Saturday visits for orthopedic patients.Typical shift length: 8-hour days.Caseload expectations: approximately 5 visits per day.EMR / Charting systems: Cerner and Netsmart noted for unit charting.Orientation hours: 12 hours.Call: none required.Cancellation policy: facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment.Location HighlightsRed Bluff offers accessible outdoor recreation and a small-city lifestyle within Northern California.
