Staffing Coordinator

Ayden Healthcare Waterville -Ayden Healthcare of Waterville is currently seeking a Staffing Scheduler and Transportation Coordinator.Essential Functions:Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and in accordance with current federal and state guidelines.Assist in the process of hiring and training both new and exisiting employeesDevelop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shiftsTake responsibility for leave requests from employees to ensure adequate schedulingAssist in filling open shifts as necessaryEnsure resident transportation is scheduled for appointments outside of the centerQualifications: At least one (1) year experience as a nurse aides and/or related clerical experience. Preference to current State Tested Nursing Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse. Previous scheduling experience required.
