The responsibilities of this role include assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe and clean living environment. Caregivers will also provide basic home care services like meal preparation and light housekeeping, while ensuring adherence to care plans and maintaining open communication with clients and their families. Qualifications Strong skills in Caregiving and Home Care, with a passion for supporting othersProficiency in Personal Care, including assistance with hygiene and grooming tasksExperience in Elder Care, with sensitivity to the unique needs of older adultsExcellent Interpersonal Skills to build trust and rapport with clientsAbility to follow care plans, maintain a clean and safe environment, and respond to clients' needsHigh level of reliability, patience, and empathyPrevious caregiving experience is preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a background check
