Customer Service Representative

Customer Service RepresentativeErnie's Auto Body is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for immediate availability. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, friendly, detail oriented, and has a willingness to learn. This position includes handling incoming phone calls, greeting customers, billing for rental vehicles, updating customers throughout the repair process, and managing the shop training schedule. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
