The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in custom WordPress development, PHP, MySQL, front-end technologies, API integrations, performance optimization, and website security.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End DevelopmentDevelop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.Optimize website performance, accessibility, and user experience.Implement modern UI/UX best practices and interactive DevelopmentDevelop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.Create custom post types, taxonomies, widgets, and Gutenberg blocks.Customize WordPress functionality while maintaining upgrade third-party APIs, CRM systems, payment gateways, and external scalable and secure solutions following WordPress coding standards.Database & Performance OptimizationDesign, manage, and optimize MySQL website speed through query optimization, caching, and CDN performance bottlenecks and application issues.DevOps & Version ControlUtilize Git/GitHub for source control and development, staging, and production environments.Work with Composer, Webpack, Gulp, and WP-CLI for development and deployment activities.Quality, Security & ComplianceConduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.Implement website security best practices and vulnerability SEO, accessibility, and GDPR compliance.Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Required Skills8-10 years of WordPress development experience.Expertise in WordPress CMS Architecture.Strong experience with Custom Theme and Plugin Development.Advanced PHP (Object-Oriented Programming).Strong MySQL database design and optimization skills.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and REST APIs.Experience with Gutenberg Block Development and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).Hands-on experience with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Composer, Webpack, Gulp, and WP-CLI.Strong understanding of website security, performance tuning, and SEO best practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Soft SkillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
