Our mission is to tackle systemicbarriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, includingmental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services.Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvementin the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals toovercome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitatingrecovery.Prototypes Pomona Recovery Bridge Housing (RBH), a program of HealthRIGHT 360, provides interimhousing to unhoused adult and adult perinatal women receiving outpatient treatment services. RBH offersrecovery-oriented services including peer support, group meetings, case management, and life skillsdevelopment. It aims to stabilize patients' lives and prevent relapse by offering safe, supportive housing.Residents, prioritized based on vulnerability, receive approvals for 3-month increments up to 6 monthsannually and must remain engaged in outpatient treatment throughout their stay.The Client Safety Navigator (CSN) fosters a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. CSN works withprogram leadership, Sherriff’s or local law enforcement, and other teams to respond to emergency andcrisis situations, including client drug use, overdose, programmatic interruptions, and other situations.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety and Security Ensure and maintain a safe and orderly environment for clients, staff, and visitors in compliancewith agency and industry standards. Monitor security cameras, attend building security meetings, and work collaboratively withservice providers and administrative staff. Clear areas of crowds, debris, and out-of-place items to maintain safety. Direct and deflect traffic, de-escalate tense situations, and maintain a positive, respectfuldemeanor even during high-pressure situations. Work collaboratively with other service providers and administrative staff to maintain an orderlyenvironment. Maintain appropriate boundaries and adhere to the organization’s code of conduct. Make regular rounds to monitor entrances, exits, offices, common areas, and building perimeters. Work with local law enforcement and file incident reports as needed.Client and Visitor Management Maintain client and visitor logs. Welcome and assist clients returning from appointments, ensure sign-in, and check belongingsfor contraband. Welcome visitors, check credentials, ensure sign-in, and escort them to the supervisor on duty.Crisis Intervention and Medical Assistance Carry Narcan, recognize signs of overdose, and administer Narcan as necessary to reverse drugoverdose. De-escalate emotionally charged situations and maintain non-confrontational behavior duringobservation and intervention.Administration And Other Duties All documentation must be maintained in compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and otherfunding requirements to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements. Attend and participate in meetings. Participate in and complete all assigned training in a timely manner.And perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation, Certification, or Licensure High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Valid First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.Experience Two years of job-related experience working with the criminal justice population or with thecommunity behavioral health system preferred.
