For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager, M&A to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.This role will lead the technical workstream for merger and acquisition initiatives, with a strong focus on integration planning, application rationalization, and data migration. The position partners closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate complex needs into clear execution plans and deliver measurable post-merger value. It is well suited for a program leader who can bring structure to ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse groups in a fast-moving technology environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $135,800 – $252,100 annuallyResponsibilities Lead technical discovery with stakeholders to identify integration and migration needs Facilitate application rationalization after mergers and acquisitions Perform business analysis activities to translate needs into actionable requirements Design and manage data migration strategies during mergers and acquisitions Create comprehensive technical documentation and project schedules Define and communicate program objectives and project scope with leadership Coordinate technical teams to ensure program objectives and value deliveryQualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field Experience in IT and business applications program management in a technology company PMP certification and familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Deep understanding of technology environments, systems architecture, and software design principles Experience analyzing relational data and creating process flow diagrams Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering and gap analysis Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teamsBenefits Unlimited paid time off and 12 paid holidays, including global self-care days Paid parental leave with 8 weeks for all parents and 16 weeks for birthing parents Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one Access to mental health support and wellness tools 401(k) plan with company matching contributions Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support services available 24/7 virtual veterinary care at no cost to employeesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
