Project Manager (Construction)

You will be responsible for managing logistics, people, and project timelines to ensure all client expectations are met and that we are delivering top quality Down to Earth service.Here's an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:Oversee all project activity planning, sequencing, and schedulingPlan and develop project schedulesEvaluate time and cost estimating for all projectsManage quality control to ensure our projects are up to Down to Earth standardsManage relationships with vendorsBuilding strong relationships with internal and external clientsConducting regular project site visits to ensure we are meeting project timeline deliverablesEnsuring that the project is within budgetIdentifying and resolving customer concerns with a high sense of urgencyDriving the Down to Earth safety cultureHiring, retaining and developing top talent.Supervising the operations staff that supports the project sitePerforming other duties as assigned by the leadership teamRequirementsMinimum 5 years of commercial landscape installation experienceMinimum 2 years of leadership experienceHS Diploma or GED equivalent, Associates Degree is preferred.Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office SuiteValid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR checkExcellent organizational skills with a high attention to detailFlexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentPreferred Skills & ExperienceBilingual in English and SpanishCommercial landscape installation experience in the Florida market is strongly preferred.BenefitsThe well-being of our team members is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel supported in your growth.
