You’ll be involved in everything from system studies through to strategic decision-making, offering a clear pathway to senior or leadership roles.The RoleCarry out power flow, contingency (N-1), and system planning studies on major transmission projects Support interconnection studies and influence technical decision-making Work on long-term planning strategies and future grid scenarios Collaborate with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and senior stakeholders Clear progression into senior/lead positions as the team grows The CandidateExperience in transmission planning, interconnection, or power systems analysis Familiar with tools such as PSS®E, PSLF, PowerWorld, or similar Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
