Senior Java Software Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and design, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in best practices.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and scalability.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software solutions.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on Java.Proficiency in Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) and RESTful APIs.Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
