DescriptionPosition SummaryDarkStar Intelligence seeks a highly qualified Task Manager to support our customer onsite in McLean, VA.ResponsibilitiesSupports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director levelReceives tasking via multiple vehicles and systemsProcesses and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systemsCoordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entitiesPrepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organizationPrepares daybook requirements for following business day to include; Daily Binder Preparation, Material Organization and Formatting, Component Coordination, Electronic Daybook Management, Inbox Management, Share drive Maintenance, Tasking Reminder Management, Material Review and Editing, Front Office Coordination and Weekly Task ManagementRequirementsMust be able to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm shift TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is requiredRequires a BS/BA with 5+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience Experience in the following is required:Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director levelo Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systemso Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systemso Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entitiesExperience in the following is desired:o Preparing training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organizationSalary Range $120,000 - $130,000 per year This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
