This role will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing new management opportunities while building long-term strategic relationships with owners, developers, investors, and capital partners. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, commission-driven, and deeply connected within the real estate industry, with a proven ability to generate pipeline, open doors, and drive growth through both strategic networking and direct business development efforts. This role is central to Sentral's expansion strategy and will play a critical role in growing our portfolio in high-velocity multifamily and hospitality markets.This will be an hybrid role which will work remotely and travel to local markets with our Development Team.Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new management agreements and portfolio growthOriginate new owner, developer, and investor relationships through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospectingBuild, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across target marketsConduct prospect tours, presentations, and capability meetings with prospective owners and development partnersLead relationship management efforts throughout the business development lifecycle, from introduction through contract execution and onboardingNegotiate and support the closing of management agreements in partnership with executive leadership and legal teamsPartner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions between development, startup, and operationsRepresent Sentral at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and market visits to strengthen brand awareness and expand relationshipsCollaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, Technology, and Accounting teams to support growth initiatives and operational scalabilityMaintain detailed CRM records, forecasting, and regular pipeline reportingProvide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic insight on emerging opportunities, trends, and partnershipsConsistently travel to project sites and key markets to strengthen relationships with owners, developers, and local stakeholdersSkills and Experience Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, economics, finance, architecture, development, design, or real estate, or the equivalent professional experience10+ years of sales and growth experience in real estate10+ years of sales, growth and underwriting experience in multifamily and/or hospitality real estateProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPTHybrid residential-hospitality and/or Class A multifamily experience requiredStrong existing network among multifamily owners and developersExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and motivate teamsMust have strong resolution skills and work well cross-functionally, able to identify solutions and think outside of box.Budgeting, forecasting, planning, sales development and other related business management skills are essential.Proven experience in leading people, programs, and processes and a proven track record in operations.Ideal candidate would be able to travel 50%, or as neededExisting relationships and network in Florida, Texas, or Georgia multifamily and hospitality marketsExperience sourcing deals with institutional and private capital ownership structuresFamiliarity with flex-living, co-living, or extended-stay operating conceptsPrior experience closing management contracts with owners across multiple propertiesHQ Team Perks + Benefits Health & Wellness: We offer multiple medical, dental, and vision health plan options that begin the first month after your start date!
