Seeking MA licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy offices. Work with a fun group of skilled therapists helping patients of all ages, types of injuries and physical abilities recover from pain and injury. Performance Physical Therapy (PPT) has full-time, part-time and per diem positions for a physical therapist (PT) and physical therapist assistant (PTA). We have three locations located minutes north of Boston with free parking at each facility. Our outpatient physical therapy offices see a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses and injuries. As a new graduate or an experienced clinician, working at PPT, you will be challenged with a wide variety of orthopedic patients. The appropriate therapist wants to grow and progress with us as we continue to grow. We expect the right candidate to be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills. Your responsibilities will include: Devising detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients Communicating and coordinating with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent level of care Exercising independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations Evaluating and reporting on patients’ progress Assisting administrative staff with billing and insurance Complying with federal and state physical therapy regulations To apply please have: a valid MA state Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant license, excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success, and CPR certification.
