Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician located in Miami, FL. Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft systems and components following established protocols and regulatory guidelines. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, perform routine maintenance or overhaul tasks, and document maintenance work according to company and industry standards. Attention to detail and adherence to a timely schedule are critical. Qualifications Experience with Aircraft Maintenance, including inspection, preventative care, and repair of aircraft and their componentsProficiency in Aircraft Systems and PowerPlant maintenance, focusing on safety and efficiencyStrong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficientlyKnowledge of FAA, EASA, and UKCAA regulations and standards is a plusRelevant certifications in Aircraft Maintenance and PowerPlant (e.g., FAA A&P certification preferred)Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skillsPrevious experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, or electro-mechanical systems is an advantage
