Senior Counsel - Data Center Infrastructure

Fluidstack in San Francisco seeks a senior corporate lawyer to structure, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements for data center buildouts. You will balance legal risk with business speed, and partner with supply chain, procurement and delivery teams to close transactions. You will lead outside counsel, manage scope and costs, and provide strategic advice to business leaders.
