We are AMS. This is what we do. Talent is our world. The Role We are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to support one of our Fortune 500 Financial Services clients in O'Fallon, Missouri. This role is contract with the potential to be permanent. This is a hybrid opportunity working onsite at our client up to 3 or 4 days a week. Key Accountabilities Deliver a seamless search process that effectively attracts, assesses, selects, and on-boards talent for our client's Product and Sales business unit. Develop tailored recruiting strategies for each client group and execute by utilizing knowledge of internal and external talent pools to generate a robust and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates. Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the People & Capability organization to understand and anticipate executive hiring needs, as well as provide market insights and recommendations. Drive inclusive hiring practices across the talent acquisition lifecycle. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions to effectively target top talent. Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition working for a large, global, matrixed organization Experience working for an RPO is ideal Experience in IT/Tech recruiting is a must have. Proven track record of successfully recruiting mid to senior level candidates in a corporate environment. Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High degree of business acumen. Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Results driven, seeks accountability. Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity. Knowledge of employment laws as well as associated human resources and hiring practices. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Highly proficient with all Microsoft office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
