The organization values accountability, ethical standards, and a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach, while maintaining a fast, flexible, and customer‑centric mindset typical of technically advanced industrial manufacturers.Job DescriptionInterpret mechanical drawings and specifications to verify dimensional accuracy and product conformanceConduct and document First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 and internal standardsPerform daily inspections of incoming materials, in‑process components, and finished assembliesLead and support process validation for new products, tooling, and manufacturing changesInvestigate nonconformances using root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and process variationAnalyze quality and production data to identify trends and systemic issuesPrepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection reports, control plans, NCRs, and FMEAsSupport ISO 9001 compliance through audits, documentation management, and process controlsCollaborate closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and improve performanceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
