Lead Technician / Mechanic is responsible for all levels of services, services including brakes and hydraulic, rotors, alignments, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, diagnostics, transmission, differential, exhaust, cooling system maintenance, lastly on occasion general repairs that may pop up. Additional duties may include replacement services. WE PAY WITH HOURLY RATE AND COMMISSION!!!!! Depending on your skill level is where you will land with pay. Responsibilities include but aren't limited too: · Performing preventive maintenance on fluid services equipment · Attending training sessions that are applicable to the career path and position requirements · Following appropriate safety procedures and notifying the Shop Manager of safety hazards or needed equipment repairs Requirements: · Automotive repair experience of at least 2 years · Willing to assist managers in daily plans to work around car repair on the book and incoming walk-ins · Willing to work with new or lower-level techs as needed · Has their own tools · Good team player · Preferably has any required certifications within the state they work Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Employee discount and Medical, Dental and Vision Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend rotations - 2 days off per week.
