Act as a key guardian of our existing systems, applications, and databases, directly responding to user requests for system enhancements, updates, customizations, and fixes.Responsible for the continuous health of our platform by troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions. Beyond reactive support, proactively evaluate and modify architectures to guarantee peak performance and smooth functionality. Manage the entire lifecycle of our PeopleSoft applications, applying SDLC expertise to requests from initial technical design through production support.Technical RequirementsDevelopment Tools: PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Microsoft SQL StudioReporting: BI Publisher, PS Query, nVisionRequirement Gathering: Bridging gaps between Finance/HR and IT, collaborating with subject matter expertsRetro Fits: PUM image and PeopleTools upgrades, tax updatesSupport: Troubleshooting production tickets across both pillarsPreferred QualificationsProblem Solving: Debugging complex production issues and performance tuningPUM and Tax Updates: Proven track record of applying PUM images and Tax Updates.Process Automation: Approval WorkflowCloud Awareness: Familiarity with PeopleSoft on AWS is a plusComponent Interface is a plus
