This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a consistently high‑quality experience for visitors and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Client ExperienceMaintain front desk coverage during business hours, including serving as the primary backup to the Receptionist during lunch coverage, illness, or PTOGreet and direct guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impressionAnswer and route incoming calls and respond to general inquiriesManage visitor check‑in, office access, and parking protocols in accordance with site proceduresCoordinate office seating and hoteling requests as applicableSchedule and manage conference room bookings and respond to meeting room requestsSupport visitor lists, check‑in processes, and badge coordination as requiredHospitality & Meeting SupportSupport meeting room readiness and shared space presentationAssist with refreshments, hospitality setups, and catering support during peak periodsMaintain conference rooms, pantries, and common areas in a clean, client‑ready conditionProvide backup support for hospitality services during peak periods or when coverage is neededReprographics / Print SupportProvide backup support for reprographics services during peak periods or when coverage is neededPrint, bind, and prepare materials for meetings or internal use as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in reception, workplace coordination, hospitality, or office services within a professional services or corporate environmentStrong customer service and professional communication skillsComfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendorsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesStrong organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with room booking or visitor systems preferredAdditional InformationThe range of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $24 - $26/ hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
