Job Description WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS – FOUR OAKS, NCPay Rate: $20.00/hour (includes shift differential)Schedule:Sunday – Thursday9:00 PM – 5:00 AMPosition Overview:Seeking dependable warehouse associates with forklift experience to support warehouse and material handling operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must have at least 6 months of forklift experience. Experience operating slip and clamp attachments is preferred but not required.Requirements:Minimum 6 months of forklift experience requiredSlip and clamp forklift experience preferredSteel toe shoes requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to work in hot and cold warehouse environments with limited climate controlAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shiftGeneral computer and basic math skills requiredAbility to read and understand documents written in EnglishScreening Requirements:10-panel drug screen requiredCriminal background check requiredCandidates may begin work while background checks are pending, but final clearance is required before continuing assignmentKey Responsibilities:Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished productsUse equipment such as conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks within warehouse operationsLoad, unload, transport, and stage materials safely and efficientlyMaintain inventory and warehouse records as neededFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company quality guidelinesWork in a metrics-driven environment while meeting productivity and safety goalsMaintain safe working conditions and follow all warehouse safety proceduresCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsAssist with additional warehouse duties as assignedWork Environment:Warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levelsExposure to moving mechanical equipment, varying temperatures, and warehouse conditionsHot summer conditions with no AC and cold winter conditions with limited heatingFrequent standing, lifting, bending, climbing, reaching, and repetitive hand movements requiredIf you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing.
