Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated full-time team member to join our small crews (3-4 people) and help drive our projects to success. If you are passionate about hands-on work, enjoy working both independently and in a collaborative team, and take pride in delivering excellent results, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Garden Box Construction (40-50%) Assemble and build garden boxes using power tools (e.g., table saw, chop saw, power drills, screw gun) Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety Installation & Landscaping (40-50%) Install garden boxes at various sites across Salt Lake and Utah Counties Perform landscaping tasks including: Transporting materials (e.g., moving wheelbarrows filled with soil or gravel) Spreading gravel or wood chips Conducting minor sprinkler installations and other landscaping work Utilizing tools such as shovels, digging spikes, levels, measuring tapes, and string lines Travel between job sites using company vehicles (travel time is paid) Additional Projects (0-20%) Assist with other landscaping and construction projects such as building fences, tree work, pruning, weeding, and general outdoor labor Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or sprinkler work is preferred Familiarity with common gardening tools and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Schedule & Benefits Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour Schedule: 8-hour shifts (full shifts required from 8:00 AM to 5:00+ PM) Benefits: Flexible working hours On-the-job training Tools provided Weekly lunch provided Additional company perks Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule On-the-job training Tools provided People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): Do you have a valid drivers license?
