Job Description Position Overview: Pulmonary Critical Care PhysicianWe are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join our dynamic team, which includes four physicians, three nurse practitioners, and two physician assistants. This is a collaborative and busy practice that offers a blend of inpatient, ICU, and outpatient care.Key Responsibilities:Engage in both inpatient and outpatient practices, supported by advanced practitioners for hospital and long-term acute care (LTAC).Conduct hospital consultations and manage diverse critical care cases.Perform pulmonary procedures and participate in outpatient pulmonary medicine.Contribute to growth initiatives, including procedures and a lung cancer screening program utilizing the ION robot.Share on-call responsibilities with the team.Qualifications:Board Certification or Eligibility in Pulmonary Critical Care.Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Working Conditions:This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including:A guaranteed salary of $487,500, transitioning to a base plus production model.A recruitment incentive of $120,000.A moving allowance of up to $15,000.Four weeks of vacation, plus six holidays.A continuing medical education (CME) allowance and one week dedicated to CME.Comprehensive health benefits, including dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.A 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions, along with an additional option for a 457(b) plan.Malpractice insurance coverage, including tail coverage upon approval.Support for H1B visa applications (H Cap Exempt).Community and Lifestyle:Our organization is part of a well-established health system that has been serving the Quad Cities region since 1869.
