About the PositionVelosio is looking for a Senior Consultant to be an integral member of the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Team.As a Senior Consultant at Velosio, you will provide functional and technical consulting services for D365 BC Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software projects, and understand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction.Your Day Might Look LikeConfigure D365 BC software to meet business requirementsUtilize ERP implementation standards and tools/documentsConvert data from legacy system into D365 BC ERP systemDemonstrate our D365 BC ERP product to existing and prospective clients; provide user training and support throughout implementationAttain product certifications as necessaryProvide training and mentorship to Associate ConsultantsMaintain Velosio core competencies: client focus, knowledge, and skills, driving results, communication, teamwork and relationships, personal excellence, business insight, leadership, coaching and developing othersWhat You'll BringBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical fieldD365 BC implementations experience and/or participation in at least 2 full life cycle implementation or 5+ years ERP implementation experienceProficiency in related Microsoft Technologies (Power BI, CoPilot, etc.)Proficiency in related ISV solutionsAbility to translate experience in distribution or manufacturing environments to creatively solve client business/application issuesExperience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business applicationExcellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directorsExcellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeedPossess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by video or in-personYou Might Also BringCertificate in D365 BCCertification in D365 BC ManufacturingCertification in D365 BC Warehouse ManagementProject Management and/or experience with best practice implementation methodologiesWho We AreAt Velosio, we focus on what matters most – our people.
