Under the direct supervision of the Business Unit Manager or designee, this role involves performing a variety of complex administrative duties that support the operational efficiency of our department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data entry, generating reports, coordinating travel logistics, processing financial documents, and providing essential administrative support. This position offers a hybrid work environment, primarily remote with on-site presence approximately once every 6-10 weeks. The role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
