Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee Swing shift maintenance operations at our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that all equipment and systems are properly maintained. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues or potential problems - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services - Train and mentor maintenance technicians on proper procedures and safety protocols - Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks based on production needs Qualifications: - Experience in Hydraulics, basic Refrigeration, and Food Processing Equipment - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications - Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Knowledge of facilities management principles is a plu We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
