Schedule 12-hour night shifts, with guaranteed 36 hours weekly. Job Description We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Candidates must have a strong background in Level II or Level III NICU care, supporting a variety of patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates with varying levels of acuity. Monitor and assess patients, maintaining clear and accurate documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Float to other departments as needed, including pediatrics or adult floors for support. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 3 years of experience in a NICU setting, with Level II or III experience preferred. BLS and NRP certifications required at the time of submission. PALS and STABLE certifications must be obtained prior to start. Epic experience is required. Why ARMStaffing?
