Millwright Planner

We are hiring a Millwright Planner for our Rahway, NJ site. This is an on-site role supporting sitewide millwright maintenance, installation, and alignment activities.This person will act as the technical planning lead for millwright work across the site. The role includes managing millwright work orders in SAP, developing detailed job plans, coordinating tools, rigging equipment, and materials, and serving as the SME for millwright-related technical questions. This is a strong fit for someone with deep hands-on mechanical knowledge and experience coordinating complex maintenance work.Key qualifications:10+ years of millwright or heavy mechanical maintenance/installation experienceAt least 2 years in planning, scheduling, or coordination preferredExperience using SAP or other CMMS systemsStrong knowledge of machine alignment, couplings, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, base grouting, structural repairs, and rigging/lifting practicesAbility to develop job plans, rigging/lifting plans, manpower estimates, and material listsPharmaceutical, laboratory, or highly regulated facility experience preferredJourneyman millwright certification, mechanical trade qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience strongly preferredLocation: Rahway, NJWork setting: On-siteCompensation: $115,000–$130,000
