As it continues to surpass its current success, Celltrion Healthcare will take a leap forward to become a leading global biopharmaceutical company.Celltrion Healthcare provides biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medications to help increase patient access to advanced therapies around the world.POSITION SUMMARYProvide administrative and operational support to the IDN Task Force by managing contract documentation, coordinating cross-functional reviews, and tracking approval workflows. This role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of confidentiality agreements (NDA), direct supplier agreement and consulting agreements through structured documentation control, internal coordination, and compliance tracking. The position does not involve commercial negotiation but plays a critical role in ensuring that contract workflows remain organized, accurate, and on schedule.This position requires a 3 days work on-site at the Jersey City office / 2 days WFH.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESContract Management & Documentation:Manage NDAs, direct supplier agreements and consulting agreementsTrack contract status from initiation through executionMaintain executed contracts and version historyManage contract filing system and document organizationMonitor open items and alert internal stakeholders of missing approvalsCross-functional Coordination:Coordinate contract review processes with Cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Trade, Pricing)Ensure required departmental involvement prior to executionFollow up on pending reviews and approvalsSupport contract-related scheduling and documentationCompliance Tracking & Process Support:Maintain and update the contract tracker in real timeMonitor approval status and completeness of documentationSupport internal compliance procedures related to contract handlingPrepare contract status summaries for leadership as neededWORK EXPERIENCEWith 2–5 years of relevant experience in administrative support, contract coordination, operations, or related roles preferred.Junior to mid-level professionals (Associate to Manager level)Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or corporate environment preferredExposure to document management, contract tracking, or compliance workflows is a plusProject coordination experience is preferred but not requiredQUALIFICATIONSStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple agreements simultaneouslyComfortable working with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with Concur or similar expense or administrative systems preferredAbility to handle confidential information appropriatelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsBilingual, preferably in KoreanEDUCATIONAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related fieldCORE COMPETENCIESDetail-orientedOrganized and process-drivenStrong follow-up capabilityReliable and accountableProfessional communication skillsHigh integrity and discretion when handling sensitive informationCelltrion USA is an equal opportunity employer.
