Programmers.io is currently looking for a Business Analyst Hybrid in Chicago, IL (3 Days Onsite and 2 Days remote) Short Term Contract (3 Weeks only) Role Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst (BI Reporting) to gather, analyze, and document requirements for business intelligence solutions. The role involves conducting stakeholder Q&A sessions to understand reporting needs, translating requirements into clear documentation, and supporting the delivery of actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Elicit and analyze BI reporting requirements Conduct stakeholder meetings and Q&A sessions Create clear documentation, use cases, and dashboard mock-ups Collaborate with BI and data teams to deliver solutions Ensure alignment of reporting outputs with business objectives Requirements: Experience in Business Analysis (BI/Reporting preferred) Strong communication and active listening skills Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Ability to create prototypes/wireframes for dashboards #J-18808-Ljbffr
