The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a specialization in private funds, particularly in the areas of private credit funds, SMA's, and co-investments. This role is pivotal in providing legal expertise on all fund structuring matters, working closely with senior management, external counsel, and internal stakeholders on fund formation. The Deputy General Counsel will also be responsible for overseeing and managing senior attorneys, as well as leading legal initiatives that support the company's asset management and capital solutions business units. The position demands a professional with a JD from a top-tier law school, at least 14 years of experience in a relevant legal environment, and a strong background in the Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act of 1940.Applicants for the Deputy General Counsel position at the company should be prepared to take on a challenging and dynamic role within a collaborative team.
