Common Q Tech Lead

About the role
As a Common Q Tech Lead, you will Lead a team of engineers to support the Common Q platform for the future of I&C Control. Ensure that the Common Q platform is properly maintained, and issues are addressed. In addition, lead and steer the future of the Common Q platform to ensure that the products stay competitive and viable in the market.
You will report to the Manager, Common Q and CE Safety Systems and be located at the Cranberry Township, PA office on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare business cases for upgrades.
Guide on going platform upgrades.
Deliver projects on time and on budget.
Develop and lead the overall strategy for Common Q Platform upgrades and new products.
Support upgrade and new project needs technically.
Work with licensing to ensure products maintain NRC and Global approval for use.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
Understanding of I&C system in both hardware and software
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team including engineering, testing, manufacturing, supply chain management, and suppliers
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
