The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal rewardand we're just getting started.We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Office Supervisor to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Washington, D.C.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and one weekend every six weeks. This position will float between our K Street and Sibley Hospital offices.Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.In this role, the Assistant Office Supervisor will:Provide management and direction for the office in all areas of local operations including employee supervision, training and development, patient satisfaction, quality assurance, financial integrity of the assigned site, and facility appearance & maintenanceOrganize the responsibilities of assigned staff to increase efficiency and best utilize the staffs' skills and abilitiesCoordinate and facilitates the effective delivery of patient services within the assigned work area by regularly monitoring patient flow and program operationsWork in close collaboration with the Regional Executive Director and other members of the management team to promote open communication to help ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to all patients and to facilitate revenue growth for the Practice Ensures that employees are compliant with the Company policiesSet goals for assigned staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goalsServe as a backup and support to all roles in a small office settingWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experienceindividuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and skills include:Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree preferredHealthcare industry experience; women's health preferredPrior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities.
