Sales Representative

Job Overview Allscape Services is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our landscaping and property services business. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and closing new contracts through in-person and outbound sales efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, talking to people, and earning commission based on performance. Responsibilities Generate new business through outside sales (cold calling, site visits, door knocking) Identify and contact decision-makers (property managers, HOAs, business owners, homeowners) Build and maintain client relationships Set appointments and assist with closing contracts Follow up on bids and proposals Track leads and sales activity Qualifications Sales, customer service, or construction/landscaping experience preferred Comfortable with cold calling and in-person outreach Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated and reliable Ability to work independently in the field Compensation $10/hour base pay 10% commission on every contract that gets paid Uncapped earning potential Pay: $49,126.22 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Luling, LA 70070
