Sample Coordinator

A growing lifestyle and apparel brand is seeking a highly organized Sample Coordinator to support the Product Development, Design, and Sales teams during a busy seasonal period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, enjoys keeping processes organized, and can manage multiple moving pieces across departments.📍 Irvine, CA (Fully Onsite)💲 $20/hr🗓️ 2–3 Month ContractWhat You’ll DoCoordinate incoming and outgoing samples across Product Development, Design, Sales, and Marketing teamsOrganize and ship samples for sales meetings, trade shows, photoshoots, and sales repsTrack seasonal samples, maintain shipping logs, and monitor vendor WIP updates and ETAsManage sample databases within PLM and ExcelMaintain showroom organization, seasonal racks, design closets, and sample librariesReview and prep samples prior to internal reviews and external shipmentsCoordinate sample requests for marketing, photography, and major retail partnersSupport daily operational tasks including filing, shipping, receiving packages, and maintaining fabric/trim librariesAttend cross-functional calendar meetings to stay aligned on key seasonal deadlines and deliverablesWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious sample coordination or fashion production support experience preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsProficiency in Outlook, Excel, and WordPLM or Centric experience is a plusFashion or apparel industry experience strongly preferredPositive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where neededPlease submit your resume for consideration.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
