Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands.Basic Employee ResponsibilitiesArrive to work on time per your required work scheduleAlways be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customersCompany equipment must be used for company purposes onlyCompany vehicles must be operated safely and within their intended purposeDress appropriately to your particular job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manualAlways pick up after yourselfKeep your work area neat and cleanAlways ask questions if you are unsureAlways check in and out with your direct supervisors at the beginning and end of your daily shiftJob Specific ResponsibilitiesAssist in the loading and unloading of vehicles using safe operational practices.Verify vehicle Identification number (VIN) including year, make, mileage and model.Tag and label all vehicles entering facility.Make comments as necessary during the receiving processResponsible for scanning out vehicles during auction and delivery processAlways return company equipment before end of shift i.e. handhelds, forkliftsAlways report safety related or damage issues with company equipmentAlways return keys immediately when finished using themAlways report damage incurred while moving or operating inventory vehicles Enter the over all condition of each unit with accuracy using acquired NPA toolsCheck the mechanical condition of each vehicle and report as necessary into AMS, (That’s mechanical not the performance of)Verify vehicle Identification number (VIN) including year, make, mileage and model against label and within AMSCheck all fluids and add as necessary to manufacturers specificationsMake comments as necessary during the condition reporting processResponsible for auction placement of vehicles as required and planned by GMKeep C/R booth clean at all timesHelping Dealers and other Employees as neededAlways review past CR’S and QC as neededComplete 15-20 quality CR’s per day.Wash and Detail 30 units per day per person.Responsible for detail areaResponsible for the relocation of detailed units to pre-condition report areaVerify that the vehicles are labeled and have keys.Verify that vehicles have enough fuel to process a condition report.Attach, zip-tie, keys to units for security.You must be able to lift 75 lbs.You must be able to maneuver and operate a Golf Cart with expertise.Must not be sensitive to chemicals, cleaners, and fuel fumes.You must be able to push a rolling 800-1200lb Golf Cart with relative ease.Put correct air pressure in tires as needed.Responsible for all company equipment and tools associated with Detail/Battery and Vehicle PrepHelping unload/load vehicles as neededChanging/Charging battery’s as necessaryKeep clean rags separated from dirty ones.Responsible for all power equipment associated with detail services, (Check oil, check fuel and replace as needed)401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeAt National Powersport Auctions (NPA), we are focused on harnessing the power of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
