Shipping Associate

We are seeking a high-energyShipping Associatewith strong critical thinking and counting skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Stack and wrap pallets for shipment Load trailers safely and securely Assist with break pack operations as needed Operate industrial forklift equipment (order picker and sit-down forklift), if qualified Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Required QualificationsExperience pulling orders, stacking pallets, and loading trailers Ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk, and lift up to50 lbsthroughout an entire shift Preferred QualificationsExperience in adistribution or manufacturing environment Experience inbreak pack operations Experience operating industrial forklift equipment (order picker and sit-down forklift) Fast-moving, energetic work style Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Benefits:Full health, dental, and vision insurance. 401 k Paid Holidays Vacation Pay Employee Referral Program Employee Discount Plus more...
